Pastor Rebecca G. Ducksworth was born and raised in Clarksdale, Mississippi, and is a University of Mississippi alumni. She is the Co-Founder of The New City Church of Virginia along with her husband Dr. Dannie R. Ducksworth of 35 years. She is an affirmed Prophetess and ordained Elder. Pastor Rebecca is passionate about encouraging and pushing women to become the best version of themselves through God.

In 2006 she birthed an annual women’s conference titled “Bleeding Hearts Need Mending”, which has transformed, inspired, cultivated, and healed women from all walks of life. Pastor Rebecca is also the founder and president of Women of Excellence, creator, and host of her ministry live-streamed encouragement show, “Let’s Talk About It.” She is also the CEO of Royal Rebecca Jewels. She is a national traveling evangelist, best-selling author, budding podcast host, and brand ambassador for women’s clothing.

Blessed with many gifts and talents, Pastor Ducksworth holds firm to her conviction that there is no greater reward than that of God's grace and mercy. Her doctrine is that of love, sound wisdom, compassionate correction, witnessing to all who need the love of Christ and winning souls to The Kingdom.
